The barangay relied on paper logbooks and disconnected spreadsheets to track residents, issue documents, and file DILG reports. Staff spent hours searching for records, and document requests backed up during peak hours.
Our Approach
We deployed a unified digital platform covering resident profiles, document issuance, incident tracking, and compliance reporting. The system was designed for daily use by non-technical staff, with role-based access and offline capability.
The Result
Document turnaround dropped from hours to under a minute. Over 4,000 resident records were digitized in the first month. DILG reports are now generated automatically, saving days of manual compilation each quarter.
